Senior Cost Control Engineer

• Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
• Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
• Collaborating with client and Consultant teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
• Managing contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
• Driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets
• Provide support on all aspects of Cost Management to the Project team as may be required.
• Assisting in the development of procedures of cost management system
• Maintaining the log of approved or disapproved changes to project budgets
• Running and analyzing earned value reports
• Monitoring and reporting project-level cost trends
• Tracking the provisional sums/contingency
• Preparing executive information summary reports for program management staff

• 7: 10 years of years experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/ Architecture / Civil Engineering
