A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team -- must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays up to 15 hours per week.
This internship is based in our West Hollywood office.
Responsibilities
- Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day duties
- Assist with office admin and reception coverage
- Conference room upkeep
- Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
- Help organize in-office events
- Run errands as needed
- Light A/V troubleshooting
- Shipping and distributing mail
- Assist with general office email inbox
- Help keep office technology operating
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in office 2-3 days per week
- Front desk experience is a plus
- Interest in HR/People Ops/Office Management
