• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach • Share information about Window Nation’s replacement window and door products • Follow simple presentations and talking points provided during training • Represent Window Nation at local events, community festivals, and retail activations • Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for the sales team • Deliver excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions professionally • Work outdoors while walking and standing for portions of your shift
• High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year of work experience • Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation
• Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail, door-to-door outreach, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, or sales • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable starting conversations with new people • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
