About this role
We are looking for a personable, energetic, and service-driven F+B Associate to join our Hampton’s Pop-Up team. This person will be the face of our shop, delivering a warm, memorable experience to every guest while preparing and presenting summer treats like ice cream & coffee with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating beautifully assembled products that feel special every time.

Guest Experience • Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest • Provide knowledgeable, enthusiastic service to new and returning customers • Help create a shop environment that feels clean, polished, and inviting • Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, seasonal offerings, and promotions Product Preparation & Presentation • Prepare and assemble desserts or drinks according to brand standards • Ensure each item is visually appealing, accurate, and served efficiently • Maintain quality and consistency across every order Operations & Store Support • Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately • Monitor and help maintain inventory levels throughout the shift • Communicate low-stock items or operational needs to management proactively • Support daily opening, closing, and side work responsibilities • Assist with general shop upkeep, including cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, restocking, and maintaining overall cleanliness • Clean and maintain equipment in accordance with operational and food safety standards • Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety requirements Team Support • Stay informed on store activations, special events, partnerships, and product launches • Assist with physical inventory counts and merchandising initiatives as needed • Support the broader shop team with operational tasks as business needs evolve
• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment • Prior cash handling and POS experience preferred • Food Handler Certification preferred or willingness to obtain one, depending on local requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time • Ability to perform physical retail and food-service tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing step stools or ladders as needed • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented • Open to feedback and eager to learn • Motivated by creating a standout customer experience
