• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the planning and delivery of water and wastewater projects across the US Virgin Islands. • Collaborate effectively with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, structural, and CAD disciplines in the development of project plans and specifications. • Provide engineering support during the procurement and execution of projects. • Occasional fieldwork, such as site investigations and client meetings, as well as travel will be required. • Interface with equipment suppliers to prepare materials and equipment specifications. • Consistently managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. • Desire and ability to manage and mentor staff.
• A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in either Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering is required; a Master of Science (MS) degree is preferred. • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida and US Virgin Islands is required; or must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire date. • Demonstrated regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering. • Strong verbal communication, computer proficiency, and organizational capabilities. • Ability to effectively communicate in both in-person and virtual formats. • Excellent technical writing skills. • Demonstrated leadership of design teams in a project delivery environment.
