Simply is hiring a hands-on Marketing Designer to create high-impact creative that drives measurable business results across acquisition channels, while maintaining strong visual quality.
What you’ll do:
• Creates compelling campaign assets that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Shape and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all marketing touchpoints.
• Partner with Growth, PMM and Product to turn insights into winning designs
• Support cross-org visual needs (campaigns, internal decks, board, funding data visualization)
What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of experience from product-focused tech company- Must
• Strong visual craft and portfolio quality
• Proven brand and performance marketing design experience
• Understanding of outcome-based creative testing and iteration
• Ability to execute fast under shifting priorities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• High ownership and execution mindset.
• Visual communication degree
Nice to have:
• Experience in subscription apps, edtech, or growth-stage B2C
• Experience and passion in building and designing with AI
• Motion design capabilities
• Comfort with data visualization for business-facing materials
