About the Role
We have a ton to do and need help to do it. Most of our work is on the backend, and we prefer generalists. We work in node, but we don't care if you don't have lots of node experience. Learning a new technology is not an issue for strong engineers.
The interview process will include DSA-style live coding challenges.

Some of the qualities you'll need to be successful here are:
- Sense of Urgency. We run on a level of urgency that is Uncommon.
- Great Technical Talent.
- Good judgement. Meaning that you're going to receive autonomy and you need to do the right thing.
- Work Ethic/Motivation. Canals isn't fit for people looking for 9-5.
