Lead Business Analyst

• Experience as a business analyst in dynamic enterprise environments, preferably involving the delivery of multiple software development streams. • Hands on experience as a Business Analyst within high performing Agile development teams, working closely with Product Owners • A sound understanding of both Agile and Waterfall-based project delivery methods • Experience of selecting and applying appropriate analysis techniques to elicit and analyse requirements, developing solutions that deliver real business value • The ability to communicate and influence a variety of business and IT stakeholders at a senior level • A flexible and collaborative approach to meeting business goals • Excellent problem solving, communication and organisational skills • An appreciation of modern software engineering and associated development technologies within the full software development lifecycle
• Experience of working within businesses undertaking digital transformation • Experience of working with user centred design principles and user research techniques • Previous experience with a blue chip or high end technology consultancy • Business Analysis certification (e.g. ISEB)
