Graduate Test Engineer

We’re looking for people with a strong eye for quality, who are motivated to make sure the technology we build works as intended and delivers a great experience for the those who use it. We want people who are inherently curious with a love for problem-solving and challenging themselves. You should enjoy collaborating with others and have a desire to learn and grow. You’ll likely bring: • A degree or equivalent experience (often in a STEM subject, but not essential) • Excellent critical thinking and an investigative mindset. Beyond that, we care more about your potential than perfectly refined experience. We’re more interested in how you approach problems and work with others: • You communicate clearly and are comfortable working as part of a team. • You can break down problems and think through possible solutions with a healthy level of scepticism and the ability to question assumptions. • You show initiative - asking questions, trying things out, and taking ownership as you learn.
