As a Product Manager for nexos.ai, you will own and optimize the end-to-end self-service journey - from how users land in the product to onboarding, activation, and conversion to paid. You'll drive product-led growth through experimentation, funnel thinking, and data-informed decisions, partnering closely with engineering, design and business teams to build cohesive flows that help users discover value fast and invite others in.

• Own and optimize the end-to-end user journey - from first touch on the website and sign-up, through onboarding and first "aha!" actions, to conversion into a paying customer • Define and run a continuous experimentation program (A/B tests and iterative product experiments) to improve activation, retention, and conversion • Identify friction points and drop-offs in the user journey and translate insights into prioritized product improvements • Partner closely with engineering, design, and product marketing to ensure a coherent flow across acquisition, onboarding, and in-product experiences • Coordinate releases, remove blockers, and keep delivery momentum high in a fast-moving environment • Create actionable user-facing initiatives (e.g., entry points like LLM chat vs. agent library, guided setups, templates) that help users reach value faster • Set clear growth metrics and funnel instrumentation requirements; • Drive pricing - and packaging-related discovery (e.g., feature bundling) and validate changes through data and experiments
• Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner driving product-led growth initiatives (onboarding, activation, conversion) • Hands-on experience with experimentation and product analytics (A/B tests, funnel analysis, cohort thinking); ability to define what should be tracked and why • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and business) to ship and iterate quickly • Proactive problem-solving approach and pragmatic, data-informed decision-making • Speed and delivery-oriented mindset, focused more on outcomes than process • Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and clearly explain trade-offs in business and technical contexts • Experience working in B2B environments is a plus; experience in B2C or high-scale digital products is a strong advantage • Curiosity and interest in AI technologies • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Gross salary is 5200 - 6700 EUR per month.
