Engineering Manager

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team • Drive engineering execution and delivery across multiple initiatives • Provide technical leadership on system architecture and engineering best practices • Partner closely with product, design, and executive stakeholders based in the US • Help scale engineering processes and team structures while maintaining agility • Support hiring and team expansion efforts in Taipei • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Balance technical quality with fast-paced product delivery requirements
• Strong background as a software engineer with deep understanding of system design and architecture • 5+ years of software engineering experience • At least 2+ years of engineering management or team leadership experience • Prior experience working within fast-paced startup or high-growth environments • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills are essential • Comfortable working flexible evening hours to collaborate with US-based teams • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
