About this role
Medier isn’t just a marketing agency—we’re creative partners to our clients. From digital and social media strategies to PR, influencer collaborations, SEO, programmatic advertising, and CRM, we offer a comprehensive suite of expert services. By combining creativity with data-driven insights, we don’t just deliver campaigns—we deliver results.
Our philosophy is simple — hire a team of diverse, passionate people and foster a culture that empowers you to do your best work. Is it a match? You’re in. We are looking for an experienced Brand Sponsorship Manager to join our team in Portugal. This role focuses on organizing and delivering high-impact industry events around major conferences and partner gatherings in the iGaming space.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on in-house Event Manager who is comfortable owning the full event process - from concept and research to execution - while also bringing creative ideas and fresh formats for partner events.
Location: Lisbon, on-site. Relocation support provided.
What you’ll do:
• Organize and manage partner events, private gatherings, and networking parties that take place alongside major industry conferences
• Plan and execute the company’s sponsored presence at key industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and smooth coordination with conference organizers
• Develop creative concepts for partner events, helping shape the overall experience, atmosphere, and guest engagement
• Research and propose venues, unique locations, and event formats that match the tone and positioning of each event
• Source and coordinate artists, entertainment, DJs, performers, and other experience elements that elevate the event
• Identify and organize partner gifts and branded merchandise, including researching unique ideas, sourcing vendors, and coordinating production and delivery
• Manage guest logistics, including invitations, guest lists, and coordination of transportation where required (e.g., transfers to event venues)
• Coordinate with external vendors, including venues, entertainment providers, production teams, and suppliers
• Own the full operational side of the event: timelines, vendor coordination, budgeting, contracts, and on-site execution
• Work closely with leadership and commercial teams to ensure events support relationship building with partners and industry stakeholders
• Act as a creative and operational partner, contributing ideas for locations, gifts, and event concepts rather than only executing predefined plans
What we are looking for:
• 3+ years of experience as an in-house Event Manager/Event Brand Manager
• Experience organizing industry events, partner gatherings, or conference-side events
• Background in iGaming (preferably) or large international IT/tech companies
• Strong creativity with the ability to suggest venues, experiences, gifts, and event concepts
• Proven experience managing events end-to-end, including vendor sourcing and logistics
• Ability to research and coordinate international vendors, venues, and entertainment
• Russian or Ukrainian - fluent
• English - strong working proficiency
