Why this role exists — the Big Challenges

Manus is a Benchmark backed startup, launched the first general AI agent in March and our product is now being used by millions of people around the world, generating $90mm in revenue.

Your mission is to lead our growth by strengthening our product led growth and building better capability to serve companies and teams. You will be building out a sales process from 0-1, working with different buyer personas, and building towards enterprise readiness.

What you'll do

NURTURE AND EXPAND EXISTING ACCOUNTS

- Build systematic expansion playbooks that turn early adopters into strategic partners with growing ARR

- Analyze user cohorts to identify expansion patterns and friction points

BUILD SCALABLE PLG MOTION AND OPTIMIZE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

- Launch self-serve purchase and expansion paths

- Design onboarding optimization experiments with rapid iteration cycles

- Create systems, processes, and content that enable product-qualified leads to convert with minimal friction

CREATE SALES PROCESS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

- Build out the GTM function from 0-1, from sales materials, processes, to personas and motions

- Create experiments that you can measure and drive early wins and outcomes

SCALE TOWARDS ENTERPRISE READINESS

- Work with product to develop infrastructure for enterprise deployment and support

- Build towards enterprise readiness and start outbound and coverage of larger accounts

- Start outbound motion and coverage of larger accounts

We want people that…

- Entrepreneurial sellers. You've built 1→10 growth engines, and can build processes, discover customers from scratch

- Think product-first. You are deeply curious, and have good product understanding, and can be an advocate of our product for customers

- Customer first. You can connect with customers, understand their needs and pain points deeply

- Build for leverage. You create self-serve content, automated workflows, and repeatable plays that scale beyond your personal capacity

- Balance autonomy with collaboration. You can own an entire growth motion solo, but actively build cross-functional alignment

Nice-to-haves (but not deal-breakers)

- 5–8 yrs in growth roles at PLG SaaS companies

- Experience scaling from $1M→$10M ARR with strong net revenue retention

- Track record building customer education programs and in-product growth loops
