• 10+ years engineering experience with 5+ years leading technical teams • Technical leadership: Hands-on ability to guide architecture reviews and solve complex agent system challenges • Startup Hustle: You’ve worked at early-stage companies (our size or smaller) and thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments. • Leader, Not Just a Manager: You love mentoring engineers, but you’re still hands-on—no ivory tower leadership here. • Scaler Mindset: You’ve helped grow teams from 5 → 30+ engineers and systems from prototype to production. Grew engineering teams and systems through hypergrowth phases • AI/ML or Automation Experience (Bonus): You’ve worked on AI agents, automation, or high-scale distributed systems.
