Project Manager

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones • Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage change orders • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Review and approve contracts, submittals, RFIs, and construction documents • Ensure timely project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff
