Entry Level Low Code Developer/ Business Consultant

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend software solutions. • Configure, implement, and support solutions within Microsoft Dynamics to improve operational efficiency and data management. • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau to help clients monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions. • Conduct client workshops, system demonstrations, and training sessions for end users. • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements and integrations. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation. • Troubleshoot software issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions. • Assist clients with data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing system optimization. • Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful adoption of solutions. • Maintain project documentation, user guides, and system configuration records.
