About this role
• Configure, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and server systems in accordance with organizational standards • Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, or others as required) • Load and verify software applications, patches, and updates • Perform system imaging using tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar deployment platforms • Conduct hardware and software diagnostics to ensure proper functionality prior to deployment • Maintain accurate records of configurations, asset tags, and system details • Troubleshoot configuration and imaging issues and escalate when necessary • Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, staging, and tracking IT equipment • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance imaging and configuration efficiency
