Commercial Electrical Project Manager

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost overruns • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment • Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals • Track labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Support estimating team during bid and preconstruction phases as needed
