Joining Heetch in Angola is a unique opportunity to grow together with a group of highly skilled and ambitious professionals, on a challenging and constantly evolving market. We are on a mission to make urban mobility positive for everyone, and we invite top talents to be part of it!

We are always looking for talented and driven people to join us. Today, we are looking for a strong Local Marketing Specialist to help us shape the Heetch brand in Angola.
About the Team:
This role will report directly to the General Director and collaborate closely with both local and global teams (including Acquisition, CRM, and Operations). Regular communication with the leadership and cross-functional teams will ensure that our local campaigns are perfectly aligned with Heetch's overall marketing strategies and business growth objectives, while providing a platform for creativity and performance evaluation.
Your Role:
As a Local Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating engaging marketing content. You will be responsible for defining and managing budgets, building impactful local partnerships, and ensuring that our brand message resonates perfectly with the Angolan audience while delivering tangible commercial returns.
What You Will Do:
Campaign & Communication Leadership: Lead corporate campaigns involving multidisciplinary teams, manage relations with local media, and oversee communications management during crises.
Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate and manage local partnerships, ensuring that the return on each initiative is always traceable.
Budget & Strategy: Define and manage marketing budgets, coordinate with multiple active teams (Acquisition, CRM and Operations) and present transparent and objective reports.
Performance Tracking: Closely monitor the impact of brand campaigns on business metrics, reporting on the progress of KPIs.
This Position Is for You If:
Educational Background: You hold a Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Languages, Journalism or a relevant field.
Experienced: You have proven experience in Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar fields, preferably in technology, services or mobility companies.
ROI-Driven Mindset: You possess a strong business-oriented mindset. You know that a campaign is only successful if it delivers a commercial return, and you are not dazzled by ‘vanity metrics’.
Critical Thinker: You have the ability to challenge ideas constructively and analyse campaigns with potential for financial return.
Culturally Connected: You have in-depth knowledge of Angolan culture, consumer trends, major social events and the local media/influencer landscape.
Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to adapt campaign messages to different touchpoints.
Organized & Autonomous: You have strong organisational skills to manage cross-functional projects with increasing autonomy.
Analytical: You have good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
What We Offer:
Growth: Opportunity to join a global mobility company and work in a multicultural and fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
Health & Tech: Health insurance coverage, a corporate MacBook, and a mobile phone plan.
Work Environment: A modern office in Luanda city center with fast internet, guarded parking, free coffee and cookies!
Development: Learning courses upon request and business need (languages, business and leadership skills, technical skills, etc.).
Vibe: Regular team events (lunches/dinners, seminars) and a unique chance to participate in the mobility revolution in Angola. Join Heetch to help us shake up the Angolan transportation landscape!
What’s in store for you?
An initial interview with the recruitment officer.
