ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Harrison.ai is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Director to join a small, high-velocity growth marketing squad. You'll architect and scale demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue across segments — building scalable, data-driven systems for opportunity identification, lead qualification, and customer acquisition that leverage AI and rigorous analytics. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow growth marketers, sales, and customer success, you'll craft unified narratives and run ABM programs tied directly to account prioritisation.
You'll bring a proven track record in B2B growth marketing, ABM, and lead nurturing, with demonstrated success in account penetration and expansion — plus a technical, analytical bent: comfort with campaign instrumentation, funnel analytics, and optimisation. This is your chance to deliver measurable results for a company at the forefront of responsible AI in global healthcare.
This role operates at high execution speed within a tight-knit squad. We're looking for sharp strategic instincts, an engineering-grade experimentation mindset, a brand sensibility, and a bias for action.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Build scalable strategies and tactics to accelerate revenue growth through high-velocity acquisition and nurturing programs across channels.
- Design and orchestrate targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, with emphasis on 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
- Extend and adapt foundational product marketing messages and basic assets into fully-developed, segment-specific campaign materials, including creating slides, email copy, social content, and sales enablement materials with minimal guidance.
- Partner with sales, CS and product teams to identify opportunities and ensure ABM initiatives directly support account growth objectives, accelerating prospect-to-pipeline velocity.
- Own the demand generation engine including paid advertising across Google Search, LinkedIn, and X, organic programs, account-based plays, and channel strategy across the full funnel. Partner with Sales to align on pipeline targets and ensure tight feedback loops between marketing activity and revenue.
- Establish analytics for campaign performance measurement; communicate performance results and insights to marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Own campaign operations: manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns; ensure components around campaigns (emails, landing pages, content offers) are built, tested, and deployed effectively.
- Drive email and lifecycle marketing, building the cadence to nurture prospects, re-engage interest, and support expansion in partnership with Customer Marketing.
- Elevate content and social as growth channels, not just for awareness, but as measurable pipeline contributors. Develop strategies rooted in SEO, AEO, ABM, distribution logic, and audience insight.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a growth or demand gen role at a high-growth tech company
- Proven success managing enterprise programs at scale.
- B2B foundation paired with B2C instincts. You know how to test innovative approaches and utilize customer marketing to reach and activate users.
- Experience in matrix organisations and complex sales environments.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution platforms.
- Deep knowledge of demand generation methods and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making that drives marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven experience with B2B organic and paid channels including LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms, and vertical-specific platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- Comfort building internal tools and workflows with AI. You see AI as a force multiplier and actively find ways to use it to drive speed, quality, and efficiency
- Low ego, high standards; direct, collaborative, and focused on outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree (e.g. Marketing, Business, science, or engineering).
Nice to have skills and characteristics:
