GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJ’s relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand client’s needs, attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.
• Research and identify grant opportunities across government, foundation, corporate, and community sources • Write and submit compelling grant proposals, budgets, and reports • Manage the full grant lifecycle, including tracking deadlines, compliance, and reporting requirements • Partner with internal teams to gather program data, budgets, and impact metrics • Build and maintain relationships with funders and external partners • Track grant activity and maintain organized records, calendars, and reporting tools • Support development strategies and fundraising initiatives in collaboration with leadership • Provide program teams with grant and contract updates and support
• 2–3+ years of grant writing and management experience • Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred) • Experience with government and/or foundation grants • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office; Adobe tools a plus
