THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer at Flint, you'll build the systems behind AI-native websites: agents that design and ship real web experiences, the code-generation and editing infrastructure under them, and the product that ties it together.
It's a broad role by design: we're small, so you'll move across frontend, backend, and the agentic systems depending on where the hard problem is that week.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Agentic systems that design and launch web experiences using current-best applied-AI techniques.
- Flint's core application across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Evals, observability, and testing for AI systems, the work that makes generated output reliable.
- Rapid prototyping with users, and turning what you learn into durable features.
- Architecture calls that stick.
- Projects end-to-end, from user-tested prototypes to the production systems they become.

- Novel UX patterns for AI-first software
