• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance Java applications and RESTful APIs. • Provide support and assist architects on design end-to-end scalable solutions across backend services, databases, and API integrations. • Define technical standards, coding best practices, and development workflows. • Provide technical leadership to developers and participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance of all applications and services. • Lead the migration or modernization of monolithic applications to microservices architecture where applicable. • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Minimum 12 years of Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate. • Deep understanding of RESTful API design and development. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write performance optimized code, well-structured code by applying OOPS concepts and common design patterns • Experience with API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications. • Proficiency in microservices architecture , containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins. • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP (Preferrable) is a strong plus. • Experience in application monitoring tools e.g. Splunk, Newrelic, Grafana • Knowledge of Python & Data science concepts is a value addition • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Apache Cloud SOLR (Optional) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. • Adaptable to changing business and technology needs.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Java Architect, AWS/GCP Certified Developer, etc.) are a plus
