Job Purpose:
The Conference Producer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conferences, acting as the lead owner of content, product development, and industry relationships. This role oversees the full programme lifecycle, ensuring commercially viable, high-quality events that deliver value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with key market stakeholders, including industry leaders, government bodies, associations, vendors, and media partners
• Lead programme research and development to ensure relevant, forward-looking, and commercially attractive agendas
• Identify, engage, and secure high-calibre speakers, including C-level executives, policymakers, and industry experts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vietnamese healthcare stakeholders (ministries, hospitals, associations) and international experts to validate content and recruit senior speakers
• Continuously monitor regional and global market trends to identify new content and event opportunities
• Provide leadership onsite to ensure seamless event delivery and strengthen relationships with speakers, sponsors, and attendees

Conference Project Management
• Maintain regular communication with senior management on event progress
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to maximise event performance and audience engagement.
• Maintain effective project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication throughout the conference lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with operations to deliver a high-quality onsite experience
• Manage onsite execution, including speaker coordination and issue resolution
• Act as a professional ambassador for the organisation, ensuring a positive experience for all participants
Job Context:
This role operates within a fast-paced commercial events environment and requires close collaboration with internal departments including marketing, operations, production, sponsorship, and finance teams.
The position demands a driven and customer-focused individual capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Experience
• Ideally 4–6 years of conference production experience, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or government-related sectors in Vietnam or the Asian region.
• Experience engaging with senior government officials, healthcare providers, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese healthcare market and regional industry dynamics.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to align content strategy with sponsorship and revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within fast-paced international environments.
• Proven track record in delivering commercially successful conferences
• Experience managing multiple international event portfolios simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to support marketing and sales strategies through content development
