Job Description
• Content & Storefront: Create listings, upload A+ content, and manage storefronts—primarily for Amazon US and Amazon JP.
• Promotion Execution: Plan and execute marketing events (BAU and peak seasons); manage price changes and ensure full compliance with Amazon promotion policies.
• Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate with Demand Planning team, create shipments and provide real-time tracking for all shipments.
• Localized Events: Coordinate with designers, identify regional holidays and request culturally-tailored creatives.
• Data Analysis: Conduct monthly reviews on product and storefront performance; maintain accurate logs of all operational data.
Requirement
• 2+ years in Amazon operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business, or Operations.
• Excellent written English and Chinese.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to analyze large datasets and track performance trends.
• Experience with Airtable (or similar databases), Google Drive, and Google Sheets is preferred.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
