Monitoring Project Lead – Infrastructure & Measurement Systems

• Lead and coordinate monitoring and measurement projects across infrastructure environments • Design and implement monitoring systems using appropriate measurement technologies and methodologies • Analyze monitoring data and translate results into clear technical insights • Align technical solutions with project requirements and stakeholder expectations • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures where required • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow • Support the integration of monitoring systems within broader project activities • Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability of monitoring outputs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline • Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects within a project-based environment • Experience with monitoring systems, deformation measurements, surveying, or sensor technologies • Strong understanding of civil engineering structures and associated risks • Affinity with data analysis, measurement systems, and digital tools • Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Good communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Willingness to work on international projects when required
