We are seeking an execution-focused, hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support a growing medspa and aesthetics practice.
The ideal candidate is someone independent who can take full ownership of day-to-day social media management, asset creation, and simple paid campaigns. This is not a high-level senior strategist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram + Facebook accounts
- Create and schedule consistent content
- Design simple graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools
- Run, monitor, and optimize basic Meta paid campaigns
- Help promote seasonal specials, offers, and client testimonials
- Increase local visibility, community growth, and audience engagement
- Recommend reasonable ad budgets and help track basic ROI
Must-have
- Strong English language skills
- Good visual and design sense
- Highly proactive mindset with the comfort level to work independently alongside a non-technical client
- A balanced profile across social media execution, light design, and basic paid ads
Nice-to-have
- Prior experience with local business, beauty, medspa, or aesthetics marketing
