• Growing, leading and managing the Azul North America sales team • Recruiting, hiring and training of sales reps • Coaching direct reports on strategies that drive results • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • Representing and presenting the Azul message at conferences and customer and partner events • Accurately reporting on sales activity and critical success metrics and forecasting • Ensuring adoption and compliance with standard sales processes and usage of sales tools and systems
• 10+ years in a sales vice president, or equivalent role • A mix of experience selling enterprise software in start-up environments and working for mid-large enterprise software companies • Proven track record building and managing high-performance sales teams • Proven track record of driving strong sales results against target plans. Prefer experience overseeing high growth software or software-related services businesses • Strong sales management fundamentals - understanding sales methodologies, team selling • Proficient in all aspects of Salesforce.com • Proficient in tools and techniques for prospecting and funnel building • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and team building skills • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
