About Us

Array Labs is building the world’s most advanced earth observation satellites.
Traditional satellite imagery is flat, slow, and expensive. Array is different. We're developing a coordinated fleet of radar satellites that creates a continuously updated, high-resolution 3D view of the Earth, in any weather, day or night.
We design and build our satellites end-to-end, from the hardware in orbit to the software we use to process the data on the ground.
Our goal is to give government and commercial organizations, in disaster response, defense, infrastructure and environmental monitoring, telecommunications, and beyond, a faster, clearer picture of a changing world, allowing them to act with greater speed, confidence, and precision.

Compensation & Benefits
Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: find uncommonly good people and pay them uncommonly well.

We offer high flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.

Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, commuter benefits, and more.

Interview Process
We will conduct interviews via Google Meet with the potential for an onsite visit; the typical process takes around 3-5 weeks to complete from start to finish.

Array Labs is looking for a Finance Manager to help us build and run the FP&A function from the ground up. You'll be the first dedicated finance hire, responsible for establishing the infrastructure we need to scale, without creating unnecessary overhead for the team. This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, strategic analysis, and investor relations support, and reports directly to the COO.
• Own the company financial model, including revenue forecasts, headcount planning, cash flow, and scenario analysis • Prepare financial materials and diligence responses in support of fundraising and investor relations • Build lightweight FP&A processes – reporting cadences, variance analysis, KPI tracking – optimized for low organizational burden • Partner with the CEO and COO on resource allocation and strategic financial decisions • Track actuals against forecast and surface variances with clear recommendations • Serve as the primary liaison to external accountants; own the financial outputs, not the accounting work • Manage government contract invoicing
• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, including time at an early-stage startup (Series A, B, or C) • Experience building or inheriting a finance function with little to no existing structure • Able to build and own a company financial model from scratch • Comfortable operating without a defined playbook in a fast-moving environment • Strong communicator; able to translate complex financial situations and jargon for non-finance audiences
• Experience supporting an early stage company fundraise, including preparing investor materials and financial diligence • Background in aerospace, defense, or deep tech • Exposure to government contracting revenue or cost structures
