ABOUT THE COMPANY

We’re building the execution layer for U.S. healthcare admin work: a platform of agents that autonomously completes workflows end-to-end. Our mission is to re-shore hundreds of billions of dollars in labor spend back to the US, so that American healthcare workers can work on the highest leverage clinical tasks.

Our leadership team is ex-Palantir, and we're backed by investors in including Village Global (Reid Hoffman's seed firm) and leadership at companies like Microsoft and the Carlyle Group.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Strategy & Product Operations Intern to work directly with the founding team on the highest-leverage problems in the company.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, customer, sales operations, and whatever it takes to win. You’ll help decide which workflows we pursue, why they matter, how they should work, how customers experience them, and how we scale them.

A GLIMPE AT SOME THINGS YOU'LL WORK ON

- Turn customer reality into product direction. You’ll spend time with customers, understand where healthcare workflows break down, and translate signal into clear product requirements, workflow specs, and roadmap recommendations for engineering.

- Help build the customer operating model. You’ll help define how we onboard customers, launch workflows, monitor agent performance, manage escalations, measure success, and turn early deployments into repeatable playbooks.

- Help define the company’s revenue engine. You’ll work on the operating system behind our GTM motion, turning repeatable motions into scalable revenue.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is highly structured, fast-moving, curious, and intense about learning.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Have or are pursuing an MBA, MPH, MHA, MS, or similar graduate degree, or have equivalent startup/operator experience.

- Have experience in consulting, healthcare, product, operations, finance, startups, investing, technology, or sales/GTM.

- Can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a clear framework, recommendation, operating process, or execution plan.

- Are comfortable talking to customers, digging into workflows, and digging into messy data

- Write clearly, think from first principles, and communicate directly.

- Have strong analytical instincts and can use data to support decisions.

- Are deeply intellectually curious, especially about the remarkably complex machine that is US healthcare

- Are excited by AI agents, healthcare infrastructure, automation, and category creation.

Note: While, you do not need to be technical. But this is an extremely AI-native company, and we expect you to become exceptional at using AI tools. By the end of the internship, you should be a power user of tools like Claude Cowork for research, analysis, writing, synthesis, automation, and operating leverage.

LOCATION AND DURATION

This is a Summer 2026 internship. Timing and duration are flexible for the right candidate, but the role is expected to be in-person at our New York office, with some flexibility as needed.
