The project duration is 1.5  years , with extensive opportunities for hands-on prototyping, field testing, and real-world deployment.
This role will suit enthusiastic engineers - not necessarily Senior-level - who are eager to learn, experiment, and take part in both software/hardware development and practical assembly & field testing of drones. Final-year university students with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.

Technical leadership experience and teamwork skills

Collaboration and communication with project stakeholders

Attention to detail, practical approach, and focus on reliable results

Responsibilities

Develop software and hardware for UAV/USV systems from concept to working prototypes

Assemble and test drones, participate in field training at test sites, and military polygons

Ensure perimeter demining and reconnaissance support using AI and drone technologies

Troubleshoot and prototype electronics, ensuring robustness of systems in real-world conditions

Collaborate with project beneficiaries and research partners

Contribute to knowledge-sharing and support within the engineering team
