Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst (Operations Specialist)
Clearance Required: Current TS/SCI
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Allen Integrated Solutions (AIS) is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level GEOINT Analyst to support mission-critical intelligence operations within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and broader Intelligence Community (IC). The selected candidate will provide GEOINT analysis, operational support, intelligence production, and mission integration in support of time-sensitive operational requirements and strategic intelligence objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct GEOINT analysis using imagery, geospatial data, multi-INT information, and operational reporting to support mission requirements.
• Exploit and analyze geospatial intelligence data to identify patterns, activities, infrastructure, and operational trends.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products, briefings, reports, and visualizations for operational and strategic customers.
• Support time-sensitive intelligence operations and provide analytical support to watch centers, operational cells, and mission management teams.
• Integrate GEOINT with other intelligence disciplines including SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, and OSINT to provide fused intelligence assessments.
• Utilize NGA and IC analytical tools, databases, and visualization platforms to support mission execution.
• Collaborate with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional analytic teams to ensure synchronized operational support.
• Provide written and verbal briefings to senior leaders and mission stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of emerging geopolitical, military, and mission-relevant developments impacting assigned areas of responsibility.
• Support quality assurance processes and adhere to NGA tradecraft standards and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI Polygraph preferred or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant GEOINT, intelligence analysis, military intelligence, or operational support experience.
• Experience supporting NGA, DoD, Intelligence Community, or combatant command operations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct imagery analysis, geospatial analysis, and intelligence reporting.
• Experience with GEOINT exploitation tools, geospatial databases, and analytical visualization platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively within team environments.
• Ability to support rotating shifts, surge operations, or high-tempo mission requirements as needed.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience supporting watch operations, time-dominant intelligence missions, or operational intelligence centers.
• Familiarity with structured observation management, activity-based intelligence, or object-based production methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics, visualization, and geospatial modeling tools.
• Military intelligence background or prior operational deployment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence, Intelligence Studies, Geography, International Affairs, Political Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
